Shipping FAQ's
We endeavour to have all orders received by 12:00 despatched by 15:00. Orders received after 12:00 are despatched the following day. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will send notification via email.
Vitaderm despatches parcels with preferred courier services to ensure that your favourite skin care products are delivered at the earliest opportunity.
Orders over R750 are despatched free of charge to any physical address in South Africa, whereas smaller orders attract a delivery fee of R50. International orders attrack a delivery fee of R1300.
It is of the utmost importance that the full delivery address is entered correctly, including the correct postal code. Our parcel carriers will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postal code are 100% correct.
