To see how many points you have collected so far, visit the My Account section then select the My Points tab. Here you can keep track of how you have collected points, redeemed points and converted points.

What are the e-loyalty tiers?

All online customers can unlock tiers (or levels) based on the total number of points that they have collected. Specific points structures and rewards are linked to the different tiers, whereby customers in higher tiers will receive more points back for shopping online. To reach a new tier and unlock more rewards, a certain minimum amount of points needs to be collected.

Will I be downgraded to a lower tier if I use my points?

No. Your tier-achievement is based on the total number of points that you have collected to date. Therefore you will never be downgraded to a lower tier, even if you use your available points. Once you have collected the required number of points to be upgraded to the next tier, you will continue to enjoy the benefits and rewards of that tier.

How do the tiers work?

The e-loyalty programme has five tiers, namely Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All online customers start out on the Bronze tier and are upgraded to a higher tier once they have reached the required number of points.

How do I get to the next tier?

Once you have reached the required number of points for a specific tier, you will automatically be upgraded to enjoy all the benefits and rewards that the tier has to offer. Your tier-achievement is based on the total number of points collected this far and not your current points available, therefore you can continue applying your points towards instant discounts without losing out on the progress you have made towards reaching a higher tier.

Bronze tier

All online customers start out on the Bronze tier where you qualify to receive 5 e-loyalty points for every R100 spent online. Once your total number of points collected over time reaches 350 points, you will automatically unlock the Silver tier benefits and rewards.

Silver tier

Once your total number of points collected over time reaches 350 points, you will automatically unlock the Silver tier benefits which will reward you with 6 e-loyalty points for every R100 spent online.

Gold tier

Once your total number of points collected over time reaches 900 points, you will automatically unlock the Gold tier benefits which will reward you with 7 e-loyalty points for every R100 spent online.

Platinum tier

Once your total number of points collected over time reaches 2700 points, you will automatically unlock the Platinum tier benefits which will reward you with 8 e-loyalty points for every R100 spent online.

Diamond tier

Once your total number of points collected over time reaches 6500 points, you will automatically unlock the Diamond tier benefits which will reward you with 10 e-loyalty points for every R100 spent online.

Collected points may be redeemed at any time for an instant discount on your cart. Points may also be converted into a coupon code which may be used as a gift card for a friend. Plus you have complete control over how many points you want to use at any given time. Your points will never expire.

What are my points worth?

1 e-loyalty point is worth R1. Therefore, the number of points that you have collected can be directly applied as a rand value discount.

How do I redeem my points?

The e-loyalty banner on the Cart Page allows you to instantly redeem your points for discounts. It also allows you to choose how many points you would like to use while showing your discounts in real-time.

How do I gift my e-loyalty points to a friend?

Quality skin care is the greatest gift you can give. Simply head over to the My Account section where you can convert a selected amount of points into a coupon code that is redeemable on Vitaderm’s online store. You have full control over how many points you want to convert.
